Staying "Green" at The River Tavern

We all have to do our part to keep up with the times. For me that means using products and materials that are ecologically friendly and don't harm the environment. It is for that reason I just received my NEW take-out containers from Greenwave. How do take-out containers effect the environment you ask? Click the header to read more...

Inklings of Spring at The River Tavern

Thank you to Ricky & Karen Gonzalas for doing a great job preparing the River Garden for the 2007 summer season! They toiled in the sun long and hard to make sure your dining experience right on the Hudson was pristine. And I personally am very excited and cannot wait to see the bounty of fresh produce that got planted as well. Lettuces, tomatoes, squash, herbs, cucumbers, and peppers are just some of the things that should be popping up and ready to harvest in the near future.
